Gaylord Memorial Library

The Gaylord Memorial Library is a branch of the South Hadley Public Library.  See below for hours and services available. Visit our online calendar to view upcoming events at both libraries.

  • The Gaylord Memorial Library is open on Thursdays 1-8pm, Fridays 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-noon.
  • The South Hadley Public Library is open Mon-Wed: 9:30 am – 8 pm, Thurs – Fri: 9:30 am – 6 pm, Saturday: 9:30 am – 1 pm, closed Sunday. Visit for more info.


Our first story stroll of 2022 is now on display!

Come visit and read, Solitary Animals: Introverts of the Wild written by Joshua David Stein and illustrated by Dominque Ramsey. Story strolls are installed on the grounds of the Gaylord Memorial Library (across from Mount Holyoke College). Visitors are welcome to walk and read the story anytime.
